To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We currently ship across North America. Orders over a certain threshold qualify for free standard shipping, while international rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
Yes, our tea sachets are made from a plant-based, biodegradable material. Simply remove the string and tag before adding the sachet to your home compost bin.
Can I return tea products if I don't like the flavor?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products. However, if there is an issue with your order or a quality defect, please contact our Steeped Support team within 30 days.
